Just a few steps to everything. Nice breakfast too

My place is 1/2 block to main entrance of University campus. Nightlife, restaurants, public transport, and center of town are right outside the door. You will love it here. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space This is an artful, roomy apartment, perfectly located in the center of town. Guest access Guests will be graciously welcomed and have access and freedom to spread out in the entire apartment. During your stay I am usually available and look forward to meeting and socializing with guests if they would like. They may also enjoy relative privacy if that is what they prefer. There is always plenty to eat at breakfast, including a number of organic items. There is always coffee, tea, juice, milk, eggs, bacon or sausage, cereal, yogurt, fruit, granola, english muffins etc available. When possible, I enjoy making a nice breakfasts for my guests. Otherwise guests are welcome to prepare breakfast and other meals for themselves in the well appointed kitchen. Please feel free to make special requests including 'vegetarian friendly' items. Other things to note I enjoy sharing the best things to do in town. Please do not hesitate to ask.
