Aloha! And welcome to our beautiful condo apartment. It is very comfortable, clean and in the perfect location in Kona. Only two blocks from the ocean and Kailua-Kona town. In 5 minutes you can access plenty of restaurants with a wide variety of food options. Also close by you have the Kona Brewing Company, Cafes and Bars with live music, boutiques, and grocery stores. Whether you like to go for a morning walk on the ocean side with a coffee or out for a romantic dinner this is the spot! The condo is over 700 sq ft with ocean view. There is a common pool on the ground floor for everyone to enjoy with lounge chairs. The bedroom is set up with a Beauty Rest queen bed, full sized mirror closet with hangers and a dresser. The living area has large flat screen TV with roku for all your streaming needs (Netflix, HBO, Disney+, etc) and an A/C unit for those hot summer days. Also, there is a Vizio sound bar with bluetooth to liven up your day with your own music. The couch folds out into a full sized sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress. All the linens and standard size pillows are included with your stay. Enjoy the newly remodeled bathroom with a large walk in stone tile shower with hot water and great water pressure. The kitchen (also recently remodeled) comes with all the appliances, including a new 4 burner gas stove with built in cast iron skillet and double ovens. A big bar/counter space provides plenty of room for whipping up delicious food or making your favorite drink. Out on the lanai you'll find beach chairs and an umbrella for your convinience. There are plenty of restaurant with a wide variety of food at only a few blocks away, including: Bar & Grills, Fine Dining with ocean view, healthy and vegan options. Very close by, you can also find big markets such as Target, Island Naturals Market & Deli, Safeway, ABC Store, Long Drugs, Licor Stores, and different Banks. Cotsco is 10min by car. The airport is only at 13 min by car. The closest beaches are: kamakahonu beach (small sandy and cute town beach, 2 blocks away), Keiki Beach (Queen’s bath, great for swimming with kids, also walking distance), Kailua Beach (sandy beach), Magic Sands Beach Park (sandy beach amd great swimming spot), Kahalau’u Beach park (rocky beach, great spot for snorkel), Hale Halawai Park (great grassy spot for sunset views alongside the ocean). The town is only 2 blocks away so you can easily walk to restaurants, boutiques and couple of beaches and parks. I do reccommend to rent a car to be able to explore this beautiful and powerful island.
