Please have reasonable expectations about what your're getting for the money that you are paying. Recognize that things in the NYC area are more expensive than many parts of the world. I provide a weekly professional cleaning of the common spaces, and additional cleaning if issues arise. I try as I might, sometimes someone may leave a dirty dish in the sink, or hair in the shower drain. You should not expect a truly immaculate home at all times, this is not possible in shared common area living situation.
