Great for Groups- 4 Bdrm- 4 Bath -Big Kitchen/yard

Your hosts will be staying in the home during your stay, behind the scenes, in their own space & rarely seen. You'll have the run of the house including 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, dining area, family room & backyard. No cleaning fees, no list of chores to do. Walk to Look Park & bike path. Smith College & Valley View Farm are just 3 miles away. We have been Super hosts since 2016 and have over 550 Five Star reviews. Electricity is 100% solar but connected to the grid. The space Bedroom 1 is on the ground level & has a queen bed, in-suite full bathroom, 60 inch TV, futon, mini-fridge, desk & chair. There's also an air mattress and bedding for the futon if someone wants to sleep on that. Bedroom 2 is a huge bedroom suite located in the basement of our home. It has 3 beds (2 queen and 1 full) a large couch, 50" TV, mini fridge, cedar closet, dresser, full bathroom and private entrance with stairs to the backyard. Bedroom 3 is on the upper level of our home and has a king size bed, TV, 2 chairs, table, closet, dresser & mini-fridge. Bedroom 4 is on the upper level and has a queen sized poster bed, TV, dresser, closet, 2 chairs & a mini-fridge. Bedroom 3 & 4 on the upstairs level have a full bathroom close by. There is another full bathroom at the bottom of those stairs on the ground level near the kitchen. This red bathroom is sometimes shared with the hosts and is the only bathroom the hosts will use. There's a large kitchen with plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware, pot & pans & spices. Down two steps from the kitchen is the dining area which has a table & chairs for your entire group. The adjacent family/living room has a 60" TV with sound bar, comfortable seating for eight, and foldable snack tables. The dining and family room area has a brand new (2025), comfortably soft, cork floor, making this an ideal area for your group to all hang out together. Mike will be available by text to answer any questions you may have. If you like, he can even get a fire started for you outside in the fire pit (weather permitting), That area, along with the back patio is another great spot to hang out, which has tables and plenty of seating for all. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for our private bedrooms and office area which are labeled Private. Guests also have full access to the yard. The back yard has a new patio and gas grill. There's also another large seating area around a fire pit with umbrellas making it a great place to socialize outdoors. The dining area has a large table with 10 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a dual oven, glass top range, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster and more. There are plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and bake ware. We have some spices, cooking oil, teas, etc. that you may use. The hosts will not use the kitchen, yard etc. We have our own private rooms in the home. We will occasionally use the red bathroom. It is the only shared room between guests and hosts. Other things to note Our Philosophy- We don’t believe in charging a cleaning fee like so many other Airbnbs do. You don’t pay a cleaning fee at a hotel, motel or traditional B & B. Why should you have to do that at an Airbnb? We don’t think that’s right. Children- Our home is not child-proof. There are cleaning chemicals, pesticides, etc. at low levels. We don't have cribs, toys, locks, gates, high chairs or booster seats. Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and for providing for their special needs. Absolutely no pets, service or emotional support animals due to allergy. Older reviews may mention breakfast but we no longer provide that. It got to be too difficult to coordinate.
