Our 1 bedroom apartment comes fully furnished and immaculate upon arrival. Includes all utilities (high speed WIFI, AC, heat, hot water, etc.). Pets OK (depending on the pet and direct approval). No smoking. Also need a car for during your stay for local shopping or roadtrips? We rent out our Tesla through Turo -- just ask! The space Apartment #4a is our charming top floor condo with details throughout. It's freshly painted and has gorgeous new wood floors, brand new queen Crate and Barrel bed, West Elm sofa, gorgeous Article dining table, flat screen TV, Wifi, AC, clean cotton linens, towels, Ecco soaps, shampoo, conditioner & lotion upon arrival - all you need to bring with you is your toothbrush! A window workspace with desk and computer chair. The kitchen is completely stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, Keurig coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Toaster Oven, dishwasher & Refrigerator. Our apartment is truly a wonderful relaxing space to either work or relax in. All flats are fully furnished with fresh marimekko linens and towels and initial supplies welcome kit (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, shampoo, soaps, conditioner, etc.) to start you off. Parking: We do not offer any off street parking. Cambridge is resident street parking. There are 10 meter spots on our street which allow for overnight (non resident) parking and there are 2 garages nearby on Green street (behind the post office and towards MIT). Guests are not allowed to park or use our building's driveway for any reason at any time. No exceptions. Pets might be OK depending on pet. Only pets with our approval are allowed in our building at any time, No smoking anywhere in our apartment or building. We are not flexible on our smoking rules.
