Situated in a quiet neighborhood in Kuau, away from the hustle and bustle of Paia but still just a short 1 mile car journey from the town. Kuau Beach and Mama’s Beach are both walking distance from the house and world-famous Ho-okipa Beach Park is just a 1-mile drive away. Kanaha Beach Park and Kite beach are about 15 minutes from the house. TVR Tax (10%) and GET (4%) included in price. The space This is our dream house. We built it in 2015. Our family lives upstairs (parents plus 2 young boys). We installed extra insulation in the upstairs flooring to make it as quiet as possible for guests below and for us above (but you can still hear footsteps when we are moving around). Your space is an almost 600sf one bedroom apartment built with your privacy in mind. You have a gated entrance to your part of the garden and are entirely self sufficient with everything you need to cook, clean, do laundry etc. inside your space. Our driveway is the only shared space and at times you will encounter our kids playing there. Please be aware of this when arriving and drive slowly. Thank you for your consideration.
