The space The Hawaiian Princess is a private condo building, Makaha Dream is located on the 9th floor, a newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen and living room. A beach front lanai allows for an awesome view experience of the clear blue waters of Turtle beach. Guest access Guests have full access to the beach, through a private gate, private swimming pool and hot tub, recreation room with table tennis and an exclusive tennis court. Free private parking is available on a first come first served basis. Building elevators will allow easy access to each floor. Other things to note We love and treasure our seals and sea turtles. It is against the law to touch or approach them on the land or in the water. Please avoid contact to avoid being fined. The ocean rip tides and currents can be very strong at certain times. There are NO LIFE guards service so please heed warnings for your safety and swim with caution. *** The air conditioning in the unit is a self contained, water cooled packaged unit. Its operation is furnished by the circulating condensing system on the roof mounted cooling tower. *** Management notices and bulletins are posted in both elevators to alert owners and guests of coming events like routine pest control and air conditioning maintenance. If the scheduled dates fall during your stay at the Makaha Dream, unit #907, please be aware that a technician may be knocking on your door for the routine check. If possible, please allow the technician to enter the unit so he can quickly tend to the job and depart. Please only allow entrance into the unit if there is a notice posted!
