Leilani's "Leimomi" Cottage - County Licensed
Maui County License: STPH2013/0020 (taxes are included in rate) The home is part of the county licensed Leilani vacation rental property. The cottage is about 650 square feet with open beam ceiling and lots of windows and sliding doors with ocean views. Other amenities are a king size bed, full kitchen, outside covered sitting area with Jacuzzi , BBQ and lawn chairs. Leimomi Cottage offers great privacy surrounded by it's own garden with ocean views. The outside sitting area is covered for outside dining or to enjoy the private Jacuzzi. Our commitment is offering a very clean accommodation, our professional cleaning crew takes time and is passionate cleaning from top to bottom, bedding down to the mattress changed every single time. The garden area around the house is for guests use. My husband and I live in the same neighborhood and are available for any question. We also provide a 24/7 phone number for any emergency. We are located in a small rural neighborhood in Ha'iku on Maui's North Shore. Away from the tourist centers and yet close to many site seeing attractions. Our neighborhood is safe for walking and you might be greeted by neighbor dog Aka who loves to welcome guests. There is an outside cat, Misha, who loves to hang out on the lanai (we are feeding it). Across the street there are mini goats which are fun to watch. Maui has a limited bus service available. The next bus station is at the Ha'iku Market Place, a 10-15min walk along a country road (no sidewalk). We recommend to rent a car during your stay to get around to all the beautiful places Maui has to offer. The Leilani Property is licensed with Maui County. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests including children 2 years and older in the Leimomi Cottage. Use of the property and home is for registered guests only. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, parking is available for one car, there is no street parking available. A rental agreement has to be signed within 7 days of booking including pre-check in form requiring a valid credit card in your name. Rates include taxes (17.42%), there are no additional fees. Minimum stay during Holiday Season is 14 days. This is a non-smoking property. 3rd party reservations are not accepted.
