Fabulous historic super convenient location. Close to everything. Nice neighbors. Bright sunny side of street. Cul-de-Sac. Pharmacies, grocery shops, bakeries, bars, restaurants, banks all a few steps away. Family friendly and infant/small children able (must ask in advance if special equipement required: ie: pack and play, crib, gates). HVAC system two years old. Bathrooms have been updated slightly. We consider ourselves to be kind, warm, understanding, FUN and love people and have tons of experience providing customer service and satisfaction to our loved patrons. We are always available to assist with anything. The house is super comfortable, secure and provides living satisfaction to the fullest. The street is quiet with few cars coming down the block. Fair Lawn/town has seen much expansion with 3 brand new residential deveopment comnmunities. 20 Miles to the City that never sleeps NYC - over the GW bridge or door to door bus service with bus right on the corner of my block..
