The space Our accommodation allows our guests to enjoy the privacy of their own apartment while taking advantage of other shared amenities. Our units will allow you to enjoy your vacation by having the same services as a hotel for a lower price and a lot of extra perks, like Free Parking, Free Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Smart TV’s, PET FRIENDLY, and access to our backyard that has two grills open on a first come first serve basis and picnic tables. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. Guest access All codes to access the property will be provided on the day of check-in. Our parking lot is located at the end of the block in the corner of Pacific Avenue and Garfield Avenue. We provide one complementary parking permit for every reservation and the possibility of parking multiple vehicles for as low as $20/day for each extra vehicle. All other information about parking will be included in the check-in message you will receive from us on the day of check- in. Other things to note ALL GUEST MUST BE 25 OR OLDER IN ORDER TO RESERVE. ALL OTHER INQUARIES MUST BE ADDRESSED BEFORE BOOKING AND CAN ONLY BE BOOKED WITH PROPERTY'S APPROVAL. OUR PROPERTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE GUESTS THAT DO NOT FOLLOW OUR RULES AND POLICES. IF YOU ARE A PET OWNER who is planning on bringing his pet to our property YOU MUST inform us ahead of time so we can provide you with the pre-check in email where you can pay for your pet and any other amenities you may need. PET FEE is $50/pet for the whole stay, and it is paid separately through our automated system. MAXIMUM OF 2 PETS.
