Casual use is fine at all times. Special occasions and organized gatherings like sunset cocktails or picnics at the boathouse deck can be arranged in advance by texting owner. Boat slip available for vessels up to 20' (requires prior agreement and additional fee) Small watercraft (kayaks, paddleboards) can be stored on the designated rack near the shore Tennis court reservations are easy to make using our calendly app, ample time slots are available daily. Certain amenities- tennis court, boathouse deck, bocce, fire pit, horseshoe court- may occasionally be reserved exclusively or temporarily restricted if being used by other house guests or owners. Please contact us with any questions about amenity access or availability Other things to note Pets considered but may require additional security deposit and/or cleaning fee, please preapprove pets prior to booking. House has sleeping options for up to 10 people to sleep comfortably in 7 beds and one futon. Per Chatham board of health regulations, 10 is the maximum number of guests. Many families with children of all ages have stayed here, and we do provide a pack-and-play and convertible high chair on request (must be requested at time of booking to ensure availability). However, please note that the home is not baby/child-proofed. If you have any questions or concerns please ask any questions before booking. Fireplaces are non-working. High heel shoes should not be worn in the house to preserve the 300+ year old floors.
