Affordable Sofabed Room (AD)

The room is in a three family house built in 1901 and has been in the same family since 1907. The hardwood floors, the hard wood trim and even some of the doors are original to the house. Some of the furnishings are also original as they were purchased by the current owner's grandmother or parents. The property does not pretend to be a modern gutted and rebuilt residence. It does however represent itself as an affordable alternative to the more higher priced airbnb's in the same neighborhood. The space This room is called the sofa bedroom because it has a full size bed. The rocking chair in the room belonged to the current owner's grandfather. He liked to sit in it and smoke a pipe until for medical reasons needed to quit. Sometimes if the conditions are right you may smell some pipe smoke coming from the rocker. Guest access The kitchen is fully accessible but we must warn you that this is not a fully stocked master chef kitchen. There is a common area parlor with an antique sofa and a few chairs. The bathroom is shared by the three bedrooms in the unit. During your stay Although the host or co-host do not socialize with the guest they are available if needed.
