New Silver restored cottage, AC, porch, 4BR wow

In the heart of New Silver Beach, 3 doors down from the Tea Room, tennis courts, harbor, & New Silver Beach. Classic Cape Cod cottage lovingly restored with modern touches. Huge covered porch to people watch, friendly neighbors, New Silver is amazing and our cottage is unbelievably comfortable. GIANT couch runs the length of the livingroom, and 12 foot natural edge dining table make this 100 year old cottage feel luxurious. Window AC units in every room but the bathrooms and pantry. The space This cottage is restored - but it is still a 100 year old cottage! Slanty floors for example. But we did re-do all the hardwood floors, new kitchen (2019) with dishwasher and electric stove (2024), new roof (2022), all new furniture purchased in 2019 including the HUGE custom made couch, and we added a stackable washer-dryer. NOTE - our stairs are NOT up to current code - they were built 100 years ago and are much steeper than a newer set of stairs. We are totally used to it, but they take a little getting used to! Classic "good morning" stairs that go into both the kitchen and the living room. Guest access The whole house is yours for your stay. We have a shed in the yard that you do not have access to. But one of us or a neighbor may access the shed briefly during your stay. The yards are all so close together, this is quite typical of New Silver.
