Large private home just across the street from Dordt University. My place is great for couples, business travelers, and families (with older kids). With two listings on the main floor, my space may be ideal for those visiting the area for Dordt University when both rooms are utilized. The space Private bedroom with coded locking door with a shared guest bath. Double-sized bed, personal closet, very high-speed Wifi, and a 43” LG Smart TV with access to Hulu Live included. Shared bathroom: Guests are asked to wipe the sink after using and leave the bathroom as they found it as a courtesy to the other guests sharing the space. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy shared access to main living room, laundry room, outside patio with fire and gas grill, as well as the kitchen. During your stay I am happy to be available to answer questions and help with your stay. Or you can just enjoy a quiet time in your own room. Come and go as you please with the coded front door. Your room also has a coded door for added security from other guests. There may be times that I am out of town or unable to meet you at your arrival time due to my job (teacher). Please contact me if you have any questions about my availability. Other things to note Room pricing is based on two guests and one parked vehicle. The basement is rented out in addition to another room on the main floor (which is where this listed room is located as well). My personal room is also on the main floor. I am very flexible for early/late arrivals and early check-ins/late check-outs.
