Other things to note 💸 Rates and Discounts I offer discounts on nightly rates depending on the length of your stay. There is no extra guest fee (maximum of 4 guests). Discounts are automatically reflected in the nightly rate you see at booking, based on the reservation details. 🏠 Occupancy and Identification My New Orleans Short-Term Rental License strictly limits maximum occupancy to 4 guests and prohibits third-party bookings and parties/events. To comply with city and safety regulations: • The primary guest (reservation holder) must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in before access is granted. • A copy of the ID will be securely kept for emergency purposes and shared only with local law enforcement if necessary. • Profile details must match the ID. • Failure to provide proper ID, mismatched information, or exceeding 4 guests will result in denied access with no refund. • Children 2 years and older count toward the guest total. • For children under 2, please provide proof of age if requested. 🛁 Hot Tub Use By using the hot tub, guests agree to: • Read and follow all rules and safety precautions provided. • Accept all liability and release hosts from responsibility for injury or harm. • Understand that while the hot tub is available year-round, its full availability cannot be guaranteed daily due to cleaning, repair, or reheating needs. • Refunds will not be issued based on hot tub availability. Guests may inquire about its current status anytime before booking or arrival. 🕙 Check-Out Instructions Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless authorized otherwise via in-app message. ✅ DO: • Return the space close to how it was upon arrival. • Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle. • Clean up any excessive messes or spills (especially from kids or accidents). • Turn off lights, fans, and devices. • Lock the door behind you. • Send a message to confirm you’ve checked out. • Notify me of any breakages, spills, or biohazards so I can address them safely. 🚫 DON’T: • No need to make or strip beds. • Don’t start any laundry loads. • Don’t attempt to remove stains, fix damage, or repair items—just let me know instead. (I appreciate honesty and can usually fix it without issue.) ⏰ Late Check-Out Your reservation ends at 10:00 AM sharp. • I reserve the right to enter the property at that time to begin cleaning. • Authorized late check-outs may be approved if no new guest is arriving the same day. • If I do have another check-in that day, you must vacate by 10:00 AM; you may leave bags with me if needed. • Unauthorized late check-outs disrupt the cleaning window and next guest’s arrival. o A $50 fee per half hour (starting at 10:00 AM) will be applied for unauthorized late departures. 🧼 Excessive Cleaning The cleaning window between guests is 6 hours (10 AM–4 PM).
