Rental does not include chapel area. Industrial modern apartment meets Victorian-era New England church turned art studio. 1 pillow-top queen bed and 4 bunked twins. Chapel use is not included in this rental. This rental is about a 1 1/2 hour drive to Boston and 3 hour drive to New York City. The space FUN THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA: *The Eric Carle Museum is 14 miles away. *The Norman Rockwell Museum is 64 miles away. *Hiking at the Quabbin *Mount Norwotuck hike *Dairy ice cream stands (Atkins Market on the way to Amherst and Alvon Rondo's Dairy Bar in Bondsville). *Great bakeries (Rose 32 Bakery north of Ware and the Hungry Ghost in North Hampton) *Belchertown Library (beautiful stained glass windows) *Depot Street path along the Swift River, and a newer playground. Guest access You'll be able to access the apartment. The chapel is not included in the rental. Other things to note We are relying on the state of Massachusetts to let us know what restrictions are in place due to the Covid 19 pandemic. We will adapt our rental policies to meet those restrictions.
