NO smoking/drugs 10 walk to Norwood town center with shops and restaurants. 20 min. to Gillette stadium. 10 min. walk to train station. 25 -30 min train to South Station in Boston. I am NOT in the city of Boston. Norwood is a suburb 12 miles from Boston. You can easily access Boston by driving or taking public transportation. There are 2 commuter rail train stations in Norwood. I am a 3 minute car ride or 10 minute walk to Norwood Depot. The Franklin train line takes 25-30 minutes to get to South Station in Boston. From South station you can hop onto the subway to get to any point in Downtown Boston. I am a 30 to 40 minute drive (without heavy traffic) to Boston. If you don’t want a commute or a shorter commute please do your due diligence and research this BEFORE booking my space. Most of my guests feel a 30-60 min. commute into Boston is a fair trade off to save hundreds of dollars they would be paying to stay in the heart of Boston. Guests are welcome to use the front yard area. This is a shared space for everyone. Please leave it clean. PLEASE NOTE: This area is for guests only. Not for your friends and family to gather. I am still working full time, but do work in Norwood so should any problems arise I am close by to help out. As I live on the property, I am only a knock away, BUT do ask that you only do that in emergency. Please call or text me with any concerns. I am a very responsible and helpful host. I will do my utmost best to make sure you are pleased. My house is walking distance to town center and train station. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Norwood is very close to most major highways including 1-95, 1-93, Mass pike and rte 1. Very close to the MBTA. You can walk to commuter rail from my house. Takes you to South Station in Boston in exactly 25 minutes. Please note: If one person booking , one additional guest at $25 per night is permitted. Identification to be submitted. I must be notified ahead of time. If you are a two person rental NO additional guests permitted. This is a 2 person Maximum rental. If two people renting be mindful there is only ONE on site parking spot. On street overnight parking prohibited from December to April. I have a very sweet little dog that you may encounter on the property. There have however, NEVER been any pets in the rental units.
