Great hotel alternative.Close to Boston

Adults only. Best for one, doable for 2 persons. Two person max. location. 10 min walk to town center. Plenty of shops/restaurants. 12 miles to Boston. Train station (Franklin line) very close. 25 min to S. Station in Boston, or 30-40 min drive. Private, fully furnished, 1 bed., 1st fl. apt. , quiet, clean, Full kitchen . . NO onsite laundry. Laundromat close by. Heat controlled by landlord. On site parking for ONE car only. No smoking, pets, parties, or gatherings. Quiet time after 10 The space Norwood is a suburb 12 miles from Boston. You can easily access Boston by driving or taking public transportation. There are 2 commuter rail train stations in Norwood. I am a 3 minute car ride or 10 minute walk to Norwood Depot. The Franklin train line takes 25-30 minutes to get to South Station in Boston. From South station you can hop onto the subway to get to any point in Downtown Boston. I am a 30 to 40 minute drive (without heavy traffic) to Boston. If you don’t want a commute or a shorter commute please do your due diligence and research this BEFORE booking my space. Most of my guests feel a 30-60 min. commute into Boston is a fair trade off to save hundreds of dollars they would be paying to stay in the heart of Boston. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the front yard area. This is a shared space for all tenants. Please leave it clean. PLEASE NOTE: This area is for guests only. Not for your friends and family to gather. Other things to note If you are a two person rental NO additional guests permitted. This is a 2 person Maximum rental. If two people renting be mindful there is only ONE on site parking spot. On street overnight parking prohibited from December to April. I have a very sweet little dog that you may encounter on the property. *** There is only one heat zone on the first floor. Thermostat is in my apartment. As reviews will show it has not been an issue. There are extra auxiliary heaters in the unit if you like it very warm. If it gets too warm let me know and I will turn down .
