This is genuine Sears "kit house," perched atop this dramatic coastal dune up over the sea in 1902! (WE are in TRURO, NOT Eastham, but I can't seem to get Airbnb to correct their error.) Refurbished but still has the old wood walls, big ceramic bath sink. Kitchen is new. Furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The space Romantic getaway. Honey moon. Annual honey moon. Family gathering. Reunion of old friends. (We have another quite large water cottage just down the road, in case you want to have a family reunion!) Guest access An acre of dramatic waterfront bluff, with beach stairs just four steps away down to expanses of empty beach. Spectacular sunsets across the Bay from our deck -- you will never want to go out for dinner! We have a 210 degree, unobstructed view of all of the outermost "arm" of Cape Cod and up the coast of Massachusetts. The Sagamore Bridge is visible directly across the water from us. After dusk, the lights of Provincetown dance on the waves of Cape Cod Bay. During the night, if you are lucky, you'll wake up to watch the moon shining on the Bay.
