A large, fenced yard perfect for children to play safely. Ironing board & iron, and washer & dryer ($3/load) available. Guests have full access to the house, yard and outdoor areas. The detached garage is not included and is reserved for the owner's storage use. Whether you're here to explore nearby waterfalls, Kilauea volcano, enjoy local markets, or just relax and soak in the tropical breeze, this home is your serene base for it all. NOTE: Everything is shipped into Hawaii. We attempt to keep the cost to visit as reasonable as possible for families to enjoy. Guest access Guest will enjoy full private access to the entire home and yard, including the outdoor dining area and BBQ. Self-check in is available for both the front gate and the home, making your arrival easy and convenient. Please note the closets marked "Staff only" are not accessible to guests, as they contain cleaning supplies and other property management items. Your personalized access code will be provided the day of your arrival by checking your reservation account. Please ensure the doors are locked each time you leave. Other things to note Read the Home Manual: it is filled with helpful information about your stay. Our home is in a rural community and the filtered rainwater in our home is safe for showering, washing clothes and dishes. Residents in this community drink bottled water or obtain water from the county spigots- it is not advisable that you drink the faucet water. A water dispenser is provided in the home. A one-time rental fee of $65 for beach gear includes all you would need: beach chairs, cooler, towels, boogie boards, sand pail, frisbee, volleyball, snorkels, fins, noodles & beach mats. Patio furniture and designated smoking areas outside. BBQ grill on property. Please move the grill away from the house when cooking. Cleaning supplies for the grill is located under the sink. Security cameras on exterior of premises. Guests are assured privacy during their stay.
