This space is ideal for 1 - 2 guests as it is small with just 236 sq ft. Guest access Guests will have access to the pool, hot tub and BBQ area in the building; for an extra fee the gym can be used ($5/one time fee) and parking ran by an outside company but connected to the building ($40/24hrs in/out privileges for multiple days with room key or $45 for one day parking rentals).
