The upper unit and parking are easy to access, so you can quickly get in and out to your next adventure. Surfing lessons, dinner, beach time, parasailing and more are all just a few minutes walk or drive away. If you want to be in the city center you will enjoy this location. If you are seeking a quiet, away from it all spot this may not be the best choice. Pets are allowed at the complex and you will see owners walking their dogs in designated areas. There is one parking spot available in front of the unit so you can drive to the fun places the Big Island offers that are further away. There are few places closer to the pier. If you want a view and privacy but still wish to be close to the town of Kona this is the spot
