Guest access The beach access, when available, is on the left pathway of the property. The access is shared and usable by guest and owners. All other sections of the property are restricted to their own rental. Due to seasonal swells and tides, the beach grows and shrinks year round. Beach access is always available, when available :) Other things to note This property is a duplex. Each home is complete with their own entrance, parking spot, yard, outdoor shower, and private areas. Beach access at the front corner of the property is the only shared thing.
