Has 5G internet This place is unique because you have it all to yourself and don’t have to share any spaces ! It is a private studio with it’s own entrance, deck and bathroom. It is attached to the main house which I live in, however, the shared wall is the office space which is rarely ever used. I have snorkel masks and gear for use in the room and I have two bikes that I can rent out daily or monthly. There is a bus stop that you can walk to in 2 min that can take you anywhere on the island. If you stay at The Private Palace and are interested in airport pickup or dropoff, this can be arranged. I, personally, love my privacy when I rent Airbnb , so that is why I made everything private for the guest so that they don’t have to feel awkward in someone else’s home. I live in the main house, which is convenient for guests if they need anything, but I have a different entrance from The Purple Palace and we don’t have access to each other’s space. The beach across the street rarely has people at it so it’s great for solitude. If you go further towards Kaena point, the beaches are amazing for snorkeling. There is great hiking nearby and a donation yoga class about a 5 min drive away. I will leave a detailed book/ list of activities to do in the area and island. I can be available whenever you need but I respect your privacy and your desire for solitude. There is no TV in the room but there is WiFi to connect to in case you have Netflix/Amazon Prime and would like to watch movies or shows on your computer. There are 2 fans in the room and a screen door that locks which accompanies the locking sliding glass door. Starting in June 2021, there will be an option to have Air Conditioning in the room. The fans have always kept guests comfortable on their own, but for those of you that love cold AC on a hot day, it will be available for an additional $100 a month. Please message me upon booking if you are interested. Outside guests are not permitted. Out of respect for neighbors, please do not congregate on deck after 9pm unless silently stargazing. There is a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, cutting board, hot plate, conventional oven, pots and pans,cutlery, and dishware included in the room. There is a laundromat within 1 mile & a 3 minute drive. Every 2 weeks, I offer my guests to do a load of their laundry plus to wash and switch all of the sheets and towels. This courtesy clean is only optional if guests are interested . I have a cat on the property you might see and a small dog who is sometimes in the yard. Close to Haleiwa town which has restaurants and bars. Close to amazing snorkeling and hiking. Close to designated bike paths and bus stop. 5 min walk across the street to ocean. I recommend renting a car. There is a bike path that takes you all around waialua and into Haleiwa within a two minute walk. Bikes are available to rent per day.
