Beautiful studio with 1 queen bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ceiling fan, full private bathroom with river rock shower, 2 covered decks, and parking located in front of Unit. You'll be surrounded by trees, flowers, the sounds of the ocean and birds. The property is 2 acres of lush Hana rainforest in a perfect location. * BUGS, MOSQUITOES, ROACHES & other insects are to be EXPECTED * NO A/C * Quiet, serene, tranquil and private, yet close to the best sights Hana has to offer. The space Hana Organic Farm is a self guided farm with lots of tree, flowers, and fruits. We are also conveniently located within a mile of Hana Bay, Waikaloa Beach, Fagan's Cross, Hana Ranch Restrautant , Hana-Maui Resort & Spa, Hana Ranch Store, Hasegawa General Store, Hana Gas Station, Hana Cultural Center, as well as some Delicious Food Trucks. We are 5-10 minute drive to Waianapana State Park (Black Sand Beach), Hamoa Beach, Hana Lava Tube, Kahanu Gardens/Pi'ilani Hale, and many other amazing Hana landmarks. Oheo Gulch (Seven Sacred Pools), Wailua Falls, and the Pipiwai trails and waterfalls (Bamboo Forest) are all within 11 miles of Hana Organic Farm and Retreat. Guest access We don't provide a big area for guest to hang out, but you are more than Welcome to walk around the front Lawn. We recommend guest to stay up at the top area of property near units due to others on property. We do not provide Washer or Dryer Other things to note WIFI The wifi on property is through satellite internet. Currently it is the only available internet provider in this specific location. Wifi speed maybe slow or it may not work in inclement weather. LOCATION It’s in the jungle so GECKOS, BUGS, ANTS, MOSQUITOS, ROACHES or Flying insects and critters are to be expected. We don’t want you to get eaten alive by mosquitoes so we highly recommend you to always close the doors and make sure to bring bugs spray. THE SPACE Your room is adjacent to another room with a possibility of hearing noises. We implement a 9:00pm to 8:00am quiet hours as part of our house rules for all guests to follow. If you want more privacy in your stay and don't want to disturb other guests, we would be happy to recommend different accommodations. GECKOS/LIZARDS are also expected they like to eat the bugs and sometimes you might hear them at night. So if you're not ready to experience them, then this place is not for you. HANA HIGHWAY The hana highway is a very tricky road to drive, if you’re an inexperienced driver you might find it intimidating. Make sure you do more research about it before visiting Hana. Always pull over to the locals, drive with caution and don’t over speed. STORES Hana Ranch Store & Hasegawa Store - they are a mile from our place, both store have plenty options of groceries and beverages. FARMER’S MARKET DAY If you like to try local vegetable, fruits, bread, juices etc you are welcome to check out the Farmer’s Market every Friday from 3pm-5pm.
