4bed/3bath new build located in Lucien Fields; a quiet subdivision of South Shreveport. Individual rooms are rented to short-term guests w/ emphasis on creating a welcoming, secure environment for med professionals, students, & military. Lucien is a convenient drive from many areas of interest, including Oschsner-LSU (12 min), Willis Knighton centers (9-14 min), & Barksdale (25 min). Just 5 min down the road are amenities such as a Kroger (w/ grocery pickup & Starbucks), local eateries, & more. The space This booking comes w/ an individual room, storage spaces (located in the bedroom & kitchen area), and a private bathroom connected to the room. Guest common areas include a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, & fenced-in back yard. Guest access Pin code access is provided to gain entry into the home, individual bedrooms, as well as to operate certain features of the Ring security system. Guests will be provided 1 driveway parking spot per booking. Per neighborhood rules, parking on the street is prohibited. Accommodations for additional vehicles, trailers, or parking cannot be provided at this time. Other things to note COVID - Proof of Vaccination. In order to ensure everyone has a safe and comfortable environment, hosts require proof of vaccination prior to guest arrival. - CDC. We will continue to amend our House Rules and booking requirements to reflect the most updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. SOCIAL - Only if you want! We do promote a social environment with and among our guests. However, there is no pressure to participate in socializing or events -- more than happy to support those seeking a more private trip. ANIMALS - Our babies. We have 3 very social and lovable dogs (1 large - Rupert, 2 small - Waylon & Anna) that dwell within the home. Our dogs mainly stay within our bedroom or in common areas; they will not be able to enter your personal spaces. - Other babies. The home is a pet-friendly space. However, guests who wish to bring animals will need to request through the hosts prior to booking and ensure they can follow the pet section of the House Rules before arrival.
