The unit is stylishly designed for comfort, value and convenience. Centrally located on the line Boston’s Back Bay and South End. Quaint and chic are just 2 words to describe Boston’s South End neighborhood. In the past few years, the South End has grown to be one of Boston’s hottest neighborhoods built with families and young professionals in mind. Loaded with restaurants (some of the best in the city), art galleries, and boasting a modern industrial vibe, the South End is an ideal destination. The space This side-facing, second-floor unit offers a comfortable and convenient stay, featuring a street and city view along with everything you need for a seamless visit. The rental is located on the 2nd floor and has a private bathroom across the hall (not shared). You will need to leave the unit to access it. Both the rental and bathroom are secured with an access code, which will be provided exclusively to the guest staying in the unit. The space is fully furnished with a cozy double bed, fresh towels and linens upon arrival, a high top table for two, and a well-equipped kitchenette featuring all stainless steel appliances, including a mini fridge, microwave, two-burner electric stovetop, toaster, and coffee maker. Guests enjoy the ease of self check-in with secure, code-generated door access, plus complimentary high-speed WiFi and direct satellite cable TV for entertainment. Important Notes: This unit is located on the second floor of a walk-up building with no elevator. Guests will need to use the stairs. Due to ongoing HVAC issues, our studios are heated with space heaters in the winter and cooled with window AC units in the summer. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Guest access There is an access code given to each tenant which is needed to enter the front door to the building. The unit has a personal access code to enter. Parking is not provided at this location. We encourage guests to use public transportation, as Back Bay Station is just an 8-minute walk away. Please also be aware that most street parking nearby is reserved for residents. For added convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry room located on the 4th floor of the building. The machines cost $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Please note, we do not provide detergent, so we recommend bringing your own. Other things to note All requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be confirmed more than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure. Approved requests will incur a fee based on the time requested. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to an additional fee depending on the time the unit is vacated. As a self-service hotel with no on-site staff, we require all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and submit valid photo identification along with a selfie for verification prior to arrival. This is necessary to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Please note: failure to provide a valid photo ID and matching selfie will result in denied access, and no refund will be issued. Service animals are welcome, provided proper documentation is submitted in advance. We understand guests may occasionally leave personal items behind. We hold any found belongings for 14 days. After that time, unclaimed items will be donated. If you would like your item returned, a $25 handling fee applies, in addition to a pre-paid shipping label that you must provide to ensure proper mailing and to cover staff time. What we provide: We supply all the basics to get you started: a complimentary roll of toilet paper and paper towel, travel-size dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, makeup wipes, a hair dryer, and fresh linens and towels. For longer stays, or if you prefer more frequent linen changes, we recommend bringing an extra set. A linen turnover service is available during your stay for a $25 fee.
