Enitre one bedroom1- br 650 sq. ft, 2nd floor condo, across from Cooper River, on border with Haddonfield. The condo is equipped with everything you need to cook, sleep and live. Enjoy the quiet setting across from park. Minimum stay is one (1) week. If you want a shorter stay, please inquire, as it may not be easy to find. It is located on the grounds of a larger apartment community. Free parking available in front of the apartment. Check calendar for availabity. Thanks for looking. The space There is a beautiful park, and hiking trails across the street. Evans Pond and Croft Family Farm. Guest access FULL access to 650 sq flat with a full sit-in kitchen, living room with a beautiful view of park. There is a full bathroom with a tub, hand held shower, and a bath tub. There is storage for clothes (dresser and and two closet). Bedroom has queen size bed, and a bench, and chairs. Kitchen is equipped with plates, pots, microwave, pans, dishwasher, cooking oil, spices, coffee maker. washer dryer inside the unit. There is a dining table ( can make bigger) AC/heat is working fine, and you may adjust the settings. Other things to note I prefer to host longer stays, and I offer discounts for 30-day stays, 90-day stays, and over 120- days reservations. However, I am happy to accommodate weekly stays.
