This FUN, OASIS home has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 2 1/2 baths. It's located in a SAFE and POPULAR area of New Orleans, and it has a private HOT TUB , swimming POOL, and a ping pong, air hockey and pool table! My vacation rental is located right off the FAMOUS Magazine Street and within walking distance to LOTS of restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, drug stores, the St Charles streetcar and RTA bus stop. :-) Recently added is a combination pool table, air hockey table, and ping pong table. This makes our vacation rental even more fun! . Hot tub heating is free year round, but there are some reasonable charges to heat the pool in the winter to the upper 80s or low 90s.   This home has approximately 2100 square feet, a fully appointed kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and a large capacity washer and dryer. The star of this home is the 1800 square foot tropical oasis back yard with its sparkling heated pool (pool can be heated in the Winter to 90+ degrees upon request for a small additional cost of $40 to $60 per day, depending on how cold it is :-) and hot tub (heated at no additional charges), state of the art outdoor entertainment system with three all weather televisions. There is a BBQ with a dedicated gas line available to use as well. This pool, hot tub, and backyard is completely PRIVATE to the vacation rental guest! The entire vacation rental part of this home and pool is private for the guests. An efficiency is attached but is separated from this home with a separate entrance. The efficiency is where I can be found, but I am always a text away. Unlike some airbnbs in NOLA, I am legal and won't be removed from the market before your stay by our city. I can be reached pretty quickly via text or within the airbnb app. (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). :-) The Uptown and Magazine Street areas are some of the most popular and historic neighborhoods in the city. It's close proximity (1 block away), from the Garden District, the wealthiest part of the city and home to celebrities such as Beyonce, Sandra Bullock, John Goodman, and Archie Manning, make it a fantastic jumping off point to explore the city. Less than a block away is bustling Magazine Street, where you can find some of the best and most famous restaurants, bars, and shops in the city. There is a supermarket and drug store 1 block away, as well as famous bars and restaurants such as The Bulldog, Balcony Bar, Rum House, Ruby Slipper, Dat Dog, Slim Goodie's, Mahoney's Po-Boys, and Commander's Palace all within easy walking distance. (URL HIDDEN) Navigating this city from here is quite easy and convenient with or without a car. There are a ton of things to do and see within easy walking distance of the house, including Magazine Street, The Garden District, and the historic Lafayette Cemetery No 1. The Magazine Street bus line, which goes from the French Quarter all the way past Audubon Park and the Zoo is just a short distance away. About 5 blocks away is the historic and iconic St Charles Streetcar line. If you prefer, Uber and Lyft are usually a $10 to $15 ride to the French Quarter. There is usually plenty of street parking near the house if you prefer to drive. There is plenty of street parking. I've never had to park more than a block away and can almost always find a spot right on my street. This is a popular residential as well as shopping and dining area that is one of the safest in the city, but like all big metropolitan areas, use some common sense. Keep your vehicle locked and valuables out of site, lock the door when you leave, etc. My STR license permit number is 17STR-07636. My home is thoroughly sanitized after each use. All pool chemicals are monitored twice a week and kept at appropriate and healthy levels. I want you to enjoy my home, pool, and hot tub, but NO PARTIES are allowed on this property at any time.
