1 Bedroom available in a shared apartment across from a park in a 3 unit building. It is 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to Marthas Vineyard/Nantucket Ferry. 20 minute walk to New Bedford bus terminal. Access to highways, both route 140 and Interstate 195 are very close by. Property is 1 hour south of Boston, 30 minutes from Providence, 45 Minutes from Newport, 45 minutes from Cape Cod, and Umass Dartmouth is a 10 minute drive. Parking is free on street. Owner resides in unit. The space *If your picky stay somewhere else! This is not a hotel. I provide a reasonably priced spot. If you want to pay more for something that is better please do that. Unfortunately, if you plan on cooking meals or need a fridge/freezer this would not be the place for you. Included in the bedroom are the following: Computer desk and chair, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, towels, air conditioner (during summer months), electric heater (during winter months), two LED lamps, electrical outlets, bureau for clothes storage, closet, sliding lock to lock the bedroom door, ceiling fan, an extra comforter in the closet if needed, and a towel drying bar on the door. Disclosure: Host lives in the apartment. Guests will have their own bedroom, but will share the bathroom with the host. Apartment is really best suited for those who just need a place to crash. Keep in mind that owner does not charge a cleaning fee to keep costs low for the guests. Owner guarantees that the guest bedroom will be 100% ready/cleaned for the guest, but since apartment is shared cannot guarantee areas outside the bedroom will be in 100% impeccable shape, even though to the best of the owners ability will try to do so. If you're looking for an economical accommodation to save some money from what a hotel would charge and are ok with possible minor imperfections regarding cleanliness outside of the guest bedroom, this is an excellent option.
