There are only 4 homes on the block of the property and a community garden.we provide toiletries, shampoo, bar soap, and anti bacteria liquid soap. We are one of the safest neighborhoods in the city. We also provide iron and ironing board, we have wifi as well. We also offer complete access to use the refrigerator and stove. We also have coffee pots and provide free coffee.Mr Mercadel has managed hotels for over 20 years and is very friendly and hospitable.The guest has access to Mr Gerald 24 hours a day. We also have 24 hour security, we have a fenced in yard , front yard and back yard.
