Little Miss Sunshine is a cozy and cheerful 600 square foot cottage located in South Westport. This classic New England cottage is located in a small coastal neighborhood and is within walking distance to the Bayside Restaurant, Westport's East Beach, and the beautiful walking trails of Allens Pond Wildlife Sanctuary. Our cottage is also within short driving distances of great Westport beaches, breweries, wineries, and restaurants. The space Our cottage has been renovated in the classic New England design. Warm knotty pine floors throughout. Bright and light colors bring in the sunshine. The two bedrooms are cozy but comfortable. The primary bedroom has a full size bed, small TV, and closet for storage. The secondary bedroom has a bunk bed setup with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top. Bathroom is functional and typical; stand up shower only, no tub. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare full course meals. The kitchen also has a 2 person dining table. Please note that there is no dishwasher. The living room offers comfortable seating and lounging; complete with cable TV and DVD player. Outdoor space includes a 10,000 square foot private yard. The porch has table, seating, and umbrella for 4 people as well as a propane BBQ grill. There is also a picnic table and firepit for additional gathering and entertaining. Guests will have access to a small shed for storing any extra belongings (bikes, beach chairs, etc). An enclosed outdoor shower is also on the property for rinsing off after the beach. Guest access Guests have full private access to the home and property. Guests will access the house keys from a coded lock box. Parking is included; guests will park directly on the property's lawn. Other things to note Well behaved, shed-free pets are welcomed.
