This seaside cottage is set in a private neighborhood and has wonderful views of the Great Sippewisset Marsh and numerous water birds. It is literally steps from a wonderful, sandy neighborhood beach. Easy access to the 11 mile long Shining Sea Bikepath is within the neighborhood. Dana's Kitchen restaurant is around the corner from the neighborhood entrance and the Chapaquoit Grill is a mile or so away. Charming villages of W. Falmouth, Falmouth and Woods Hole are less than 15 minutes away. The cottage is down a long driveway and private from the road. It has two parking spaces, both front and back decks, an outdoor grill, and an outdoor playgym. Our home is next door to the cottage and we are here and available to answer questions. The neighborhood has a front guard, a private beach, wonderful walking, and access to the bike path and the marsh. Easy drive to sightseeing in W.Falmouth, Falmouth, Sandwich, and Woods Hole. Ferry from Woods Hole to Martha's Vineyard. Pets are allowed ONLY with prior permission and there is an additional charge of $50 per day per pet.
