Its a large studio with a private Lanai located 1 mile from the beach and 2 miles from the town of Kona. In Kona thats where you'll find live music, restaurants, stores to shop, and adventures and activities to fill your days and nights in paradise. When your tired and done, its just a 5 to 10 minute ride back to the house to re-charge your battery, and get ready for tomorrow. Our guests have use of the entire studio, the BBQ on the lani, and the washer and dryer. We also provide beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, beach towels, two bogie boards to catch waves and two complete sets of snorkel gear. We do not provide soap for the washer, as too many people are sensitive to, to many soaps. You can park and enjoy parking next to the unit in the driveway , or we have plenty of street parking .Also You have access to all the beach equipment in the garage. Aloha to all my guest. The neighborhood is a safe and friendly community. We are 1 block away from the Walua walking/jogging trail that runs through the neighborhood with spectacular views of the ocean and coastline. There you will find many walkers, runners, and bicyclists, out for their morning exercise. The best way to get around is to have a rental car. Everything is 1 to 10 miles away. Not far, but far enough that you don't want to walk or ride a bike to the beach or to town. Uber is here, buses and taxis too, but a car is the way to go. We have a washer and dryer that is located in the garage. But you will have to bring your own soap.
