You have direct access to the guest suite (left entrance door of the house) and back yard. You do not have access to the rest of the house or garage. The owner lives in the house and will stay out of your way. Occasionally the owner might be using the pool. We can negotiate pool times so we don't disturb you.... Pool is closed Sep-May You have the space to yourself and we will not bother you at all. Should you need anything, we are just a phone call or a knock on the door away. We are away from the house most of the time Our neighborhood is very quiet and safe, two short dead end streets surrounded by the beauty of the Blue Hills reservation, a Golf Course and a college campus. A horseback riding school and horse stables are only 10 minute walk from our house! Still, you are just a few blocks away from the main highways I-93 and I-95. Very safe to walk, run or bike our neighborhood during day or night, and fun nature trails right from our gate. There is no shopping or public transportation of any kind close to our house, so you will need a car or uber to get around. Logan airport is between 20 (no traffic) and 45 minutes (heavy traffic) away, depending on the time you travel. The Canton Junction Commuter Rail line is 5-10 minutes away by car, and the closest Subway stop (Braintree Station) is 10-15 minutes away by car. Both these trains take you to Boston in about half hour. You have parking space for 2 cars on our driveway (back to back), please no parking on the street. Please park back to back on the left side, all the way up. Many guests use Uber to the train station and that seems to work fine. No smoking please anywhere on the property, not even outside. Please note there is a step up entering the suite and a staircase going down to the family room where the massage chair is. Pool is closed September through May
