Large family home with 6 bedrooms and 6 beds with a large pullout couch and a folding single bed. Our home is very neat and is where we live. There is an outdoor space in the backyard with table and chairs, hammock. Front porch also has lounging chairs. 2 full bathrooms. Walking distance to MASSMOCA. A cat and dog live here and will NOT be in the home. This listing is for festival weekends, hosting family gatherings , weddings and has a three night minimum. The space The first level of the house has two bedrooms one has a queen size bed, and the other a full size bed. There’s also a full bathroom with a bath and the washer dryer that’s available. The kitchen is fully stocked and available to use usually leave a few shelves empty in the fridge. The dining area can seat six and the table is a high top and the couch can sit about four and has a separate very nice massage chair. There is a big screen tv and a few board games available. The second floor has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a living room with a big size TV and a pullout couch that has a queen size bed. There’s also a folding cot bed available to use single size. There’s also a bathroom on the second floor with a bath and a bidet , the third level is a finished attic and the stairs are steep and narrow and once up there, there are two areas: one big area with a queen size bed, and one smaller area with a single bed. Guest access You get to use the whole house.
