Our home is in Ocean City, New Jersey, one of the country's finest year-round resort cities, named "America's Greatest Family Resort". We are located along the South Jersey Atlantic shore, just 30 minutes from Atlantic City. You must be over 25 years old to rent our house. We do not rent to teenagers for senior week. The space We do not supply bed linens and towels unless you request our linen and towel service which is $25.00 per bedroom, there are three bedrooms. This service includes fitted and flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats. There are 5 beach tags and 2 sets of keys for you to use. If any of them get lost, there is a $35.00 replacement fee for each one. Please do not leave food or beverages behind. Trash & Recyclables, (glass, plastic, paper, and cardboard), get picked up early Tuesday and Friday mornings. The grass gets cut on Tuesday mornings. Please keep the lawn clear. Only put toilet paper in the toilet. If you discover anything broken when you arrive, let us know. Upon leaving, please put all beach tags and house keys on the dining room table. Do not leave unlocked bikes outside all night. We have left some games in the house, feel free to use them. When you check out, you can leave the doors unlocked unless instructed otherwise. Gary & Denise Guest access This listing is for the entire second floor which has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. There is one full bathroom and there is an outdoor shower. The second floor also has a great 16x26 outside deck in the front and an 8x12 outside deck in the back. Both have tables and chairs. There are 2 charcoal grills out back, one for each floor. You will need to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Also included are 5 beach tags for each floor and 2 sets of keys. Other things to note Please note: Unless you request our linen and towel service you need to bring your bed linens and towels. Also, you need to bring your personal effects, such as toilet items, hair dryer, iron, etc. We supply toilet paper. The second floor has 2 queen-sized beds, 1 double (Queen size will work), and 1 single. We supply all pillows and comforters. Sorry! No pets.
