In this gem located on the banks of Rock Creek, you can soak in the creekside hot tub and enjoy the views. There is a king bed in the master & a queen fold-out in the living room. Experience charm, peaceful creek side views, and serene sleeping to the sounds of Rock Creek running just outside your windows. A bunk room that sleeps 6 is available for a flat rate of $100 + $10 for each bed slept in. It has living/dining areas & a fireplace. There is no kitchen or bathroom in the bunk house! The property has a large luxurious yard and sits next to beautiful Rock Creek. Your personal hot tub sits next to the creek, where you can soak your troubles away. The main house has 1 bedroom, updated kitchen and bath, a living area, a desk area, and a dining table. For a fee, you can access a separate building, which houses a one-car garage and the rustic bunk room (no bathroom!). The bunk room includes a living area around a gas log stove, a double bed, one set of twin bunk beds, and a large dining table. The futon sofa in the living area also folds out to a double bed. The location is prime. This is a favorite area for the locals to walk. Downtown is an easy walk from the property, but you are removed enough to enjoy quiet along the creek. The property has parking for three vehicles off the alley. Parking in the garage for a mid-sized vehicle is available when you book the bunk room. There is usually room for on-street parking for a trailer, but in winter when snow piles grow, on-street parking is limited. You are 3 blocks from historic downtown Red Lodge. Surrounding downtown are neighborhoods dating back to the late 1800's. This cottage is part of that historical fabric. The neighborhood is filled with other historical homes, as well as new construction, each with its own unique quirks and colors. We have a Tesla Model Y for rent if you are interested! Otherwise, you can walk to downtown anytime! A devastating flood affected Red Lodge in June 2022. Floodwaters eroded the bank of Rock Creek, especially in front of the cottage. Ongoing construction projects are underway to repair roads and embankments throughout town. Please be patient and understanding. Thanks!
