Big Blue has been a part of Adel since 1890. We bought and restored this amazing home to make it the perfect place to relax in modern comfort while enjoying the beautiful design of a Queen Anne Victorian. This is not your typical B&B. Often times guests have wandered into the kitchen and had a seat to chat while we make breakfast, or later in the day when we are baking some delicious snacks. We have excellent amenities including smart TVs with Netflix and Hulu-live. Each room also has their own private bathroom with tub and shower. Your breakfast is ready when you want it, and we make a full breakfast every morning, so let us know if there is something you love for breakfast and we will see if we can make it. You don't have to stay in your room all day if you don't want to! The Parlor, Sitting Room, and Dining Room are all available for you to use, as well as the wrap around porch we are finishing up restoring. We love visiting with guests. My family owns the home and between my husband Mike and myself and my parents, Greg and Charlotte, there will always be someone here to welcome you. Close to downtown Adel, restaurants and bars.
