Though compact, the layout is designed for efficiency and comfort. 🍳 Kitchen & Dining The small but fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, mixing bowls, utensils, and wine glasses—everything you need to cook at home. (Pantry staples like coffee, oil, and spices are not stocked unless kindly left behind by previous guests.) 🛁 Bathroom The private bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, sink, and toilet. Fresh towels are provided. Absolutely no “flushable” wipes, tampons, or other items. The building’s pipes are very old, and even a single wipe can cause severe clogs, requiring walls to be opened for plumbing access and repairs. 🏥 Medical Stays – For guests staying for medical or hospital-related reasons, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate. 👶 Pack & Play – Available for $50 per stay. Must be requested 24–48 hours in advance so it’s ready upon arrival. 🍳 Kitchen Supplies – While we provide pots, pans, and basic cooking tools, we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or other food-related items. You may find a few pantry items left behind by previous guests. 🛏️ Linens & Towels – We provide 100% cotton linens and clean bath towels, but we do not provide face cloths. Some linens may show light stains due to the lack of industrial laundry facilities, but they are always clean. If needed, we’re happy to provide a fresh set. 🆔 Guest Identification – The host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID before sending check-in instructions. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide identification. Minimum Age & Guest Composition - The primary guest must be 21+ and present for the entire stay. Reservations intended to allow under-21 guests to stay without appropriate adult supervision (for example, one 21-year-old booking for multiple 18–20-year-olds) are not allowed. 🐾 Support/Service Animals – A doctor’s note or doctor-signed certificate is required before hosting. 📦 Lost & Found – Forgotten items can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.
