Five minute walk to Italian, Mexican, gourmet, and organic eateries, Dunkin, Ventnor library and playground, neighborhood market, coffeehouse, custard stand, and Walgreen's & CVS. Enjoy your coffee at the café table on the balcony, listen to the ocean and catch a breeze from the bay. The space All kitchenware is supplied - plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, silverware, coffeemaker, pots & pans, an air fryer, cutting board, cooking utensils. Coffee pods, creamer and sugar are set up for you. Great Wi-fi throughout and a Roku in the living room. Guest access Access is through an electronic keypad and each guest receives a unique code. Check in begins at 3pm. Other things to note I provide four beach chairs and four beach tags for guest use, and an outdoor shower to rinse off sand when returning from the beach.
