Front Porch, Grill Area, Laundry, Outdoor Shower, and Basement are all shared spaces and need to be cleaned up after each use. Parking is free street parking but can be difficult during the summer months. We suggest you bring a bike to get around so you don't have to move your car once you're here. You will be able to store your bike in the basement at your own risk. Belmar and the surrounding beach towns are very bike-friendly, and it's the best way to explore the Jersey Shore! Other things to note This is a family house and not for partying. For "groups of friends," there is a strict age requirement of 26 years old for ALL guests in the group (prior to booking we will check IDs for all guests for age verification.) Age requirement does not apply to families. Please, no pets :) We want to respect the people staying in the other apartments and avoid any possible damage or allergens. Thank you for understanding. *Beach badges are counted after each stay. If badges are missing, you will be charged for a replacement at the current badge price in Belmar, NJ. This is not the space for outside gatherings or parties. It is a cozy and clean place to stay while you enjoy all the Jersey Shore has to offer, but not the space to host parties, hang outside, or for large groups. If you are looking for a place to have many friends crash after a long night out, please look elsewhere.
