Front Porch, Grill Area, Laundry, Outdoor Shower, and Basement are all shared spaces and need to be cleaned up after each use. Parking is free on the street directly in front of the house. Belmar and the surrounding beach towns are very bike-friendly, and it's the best way to explore the Jersey Shore! If you'd like to bring your bike, you can store it in the basement at your own risk. Other things to note This is a family house and not for partying. For "groups of friends," there is a strict age requirement of 25 for ALL guests in the group (prior to your stay, we will check IDs to verify ages). The age requirement does not apply to families. Please, no pets :) We want to respect the people staying in the other apartments and avoid any possible damage or allergens. Thank you for understanding. *Beach badges are counted after each stay. If badges are missing, you will be charged the current badge price in Belmar, NJ, for a replacement. This is not the space for outside gatherings or parties. It is a cozy, clean place to stay while you enjoy all the Jersey Shore has to offer, but not the space to host parties, hang out, or accommodate large groups.
