Private rooms are in french style house which is located in a very SAFE residential Neighborhood and easy to all places Guest access 1. Bedroom with a cute relaxing-living room/Patio, Grill. 2. Note: Private bathroom is for guest but not connected just next to bedrooms. 3. Guest can have access to kitchen. Other things to note Strictly no smoking. No parties or event Strictly no shoes allowed inside bedrooms or kitchen. Strictly before you leave put away bathroom trash in trash cane in front of Garage.
