Super cute two story cottage tucked back behind the “main house.” Downstairs is the kitchen and living area as well as a half bath and the laundry closet. Upstairs is the full bathroom and both bedrooms. Enjoy a seat on the upper balcony or hang out on the brick patio below. Please note: there is a 24-hour bar next door. It does get loud at night. I have a sound machine to help drown the noise if any guests find it bothersome. The space This house is tucked away as a back house behind our building on St. Charles Avenue.
