Charming and spacious WDM duplex

Welcome to my restored 1920's home! Nestled in the heart of Valley Junction, you are 15 minutes or less from just about anywhere in the Metro. Hardwood floors, 10 ft ceilings and 1100 sq ft! The space The space most comfortably hosts up to 4 guests with 2 queen beds. There is a 30 inch smart TV available with apps for all your personal streaming accounts. Wireless internet and wireless printing are available. Washer and dryer is right outside the kitchen in the enclosed back porch. It is a partially finished space that is functional, and not so much pretty. The beds are comfy with cozy microfiber sheets and down alternative comforters. You will find plenty of towels next to the bathroom. *Please note there are also select personal items in 3 closets. For guests we have ample hanging space available as well as a dresser available to unpack! The home is professionally cleaned before every reservation. Parking is out front on 7th street. This home is almost 100 years old, so there will be creaks and occasional noises. The old doors might occasionally need an extra push. White noise for sleeping may come in handy some nights. You may also occasionally hear footsteps from the unit above. While there have been many updates, it is still an older home so please book with that in mind! There is also a Ring doorbell camera on the front porch and outside the back door. Guest access You will have access to the the main level of the duplex. 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom are all yours. Washer/dryer is on the unfinished back porch and is available upon request. Parking in front of the house on the street. Please note the stairs outside in front of the home. Other things to note Early check-ins/late check-outs can sometimes be accommodated, please let me know if you need either. This is my personal home! You may see items on the shelves in the closets.
