The kitchenette includes a small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and induction hotplate. A "minisplit" air-source heat pump provides energy-efficient air-conditioning and heating for the hottest and coldest days. Guest access Access to the studio unit is private and secure.
