Hike the many trails of Stokes State Forest, High Point State Forest and the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. The Appalachian Trail is easily accessible from the house as well. Canoe the Delaware River or fish in the Flatbrook river. Close to antiquing and shopping near by in Lafayette and Milford Pa. Good selection of restaurants near by. Check out the many events at the Sussex County Fairgrounds or a baseball game at the ballpark. Great selection of golf courses throughout Sussex County. Close to downhill and cross country skiing. There is an additional fee of $40.00 per reservation if guests requests beach/lake passes.(Community fee). Pets will be approved on a case by case basis. Guest access There is plenty of parking in the back of the house but we ask that you do not park on the lawn. Please respect our wonderful neighbors by following the speed limit when driving through the lake. Other things to note All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
