The home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master is located on the main level with an ensuite bathroom . The lower level includes a secondary master with a king bed, a room with two twin beds, and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and a pull out couch. The lower level has 2 full bathrooms. The private Home Theater Room includes a sectional couch that pulls out for an additional sleeping option. The house features a well-stocked kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large center island with stools. There is a propane grill on the back deck. Radiant heat keeps this home plenty warm in the winter, but it also features a wood burning fireplace in the great room and a gas fireplace in the master bedroom and bunk room for added mountain ambience. It is conveniently located near Cascade Ridge's private Lodge which includes amenities such as ski in/out access, ski lockers, boot dryers, heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, library, great room, and complimentary beer and wine bar open at 4pm. Rental of the home includes full access to the Lodge.
