This 2 bedroom yurt is located on our farm on a private road on the northern end of Flathead Lake. The views are spectacular as it is on a 8 foot platform for you to enjoy 360 degree views of the valley, Flathead Lake, Glacier Park, the Swan Mountains, Blacktail Mountain and the big skies and stars of Montana. Enjoy 855 interior sq. ft. which includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, washer & dryer, full kitchen with Miele appliances and a nice sized living area including a dining area. Wrap around deck. The space You will enjoy staying in a yurt with 360 degree views that are hard to beat. The bedrooms are separate from the living area with barn doors leading into the shared bathroom. The yurt is fully heated in the winter and we have 2 air conditioners for the bedrooms in the summer and Dyson fans in the living area. There are four glass windows that slide open and the dome provides a lot of natural light. The WiFi is fast (600/35) so it is very possible to work and be connected. Parking: we have parking right next to the yurt as well as a Chargepoint Level 2 EV charger. We are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Guest access You have full access in the yurt but there are other people sharing the land, notably the farmer and in the newly refurbished barn nearby. There is a farm house, barn and other farm structures near the entrance to the farm but that is 1/3 mile away! Other things to note If you are staying for two weeks or longer there will be an additional cleaning fee. $150 total. We do have vehicles that we rent through a ride sharing app and they sell out quickly in the summer months. See pictures. There is no hunting on the property. We do have a lot of waterfowl as we are next to the Waterfowl Preserve. No fireworks but there are spectacular views of fireworks on the lake for July 4. Please take precautions when operating the fire pit. The wind can come up in a hurry. Summer wildfires are prevalent so please obey all local laws. Also, do not leave hour belongings outside when you are not on the property as the wind comes up in a hurry and items blow away! No RV/trailer parking on the property. No smoking in the yurt. There is $300 fine. Speed limit: 15mph and adhere to the gravel roads. This is a working farm so there may be farm activity.
