Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00 The space Plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive or some within walking distance. Beach is a block and a half and the bay is a half block away. Seaside heights and Point Pleasant are approximately a 10 minute drive. Guest access Guests have full access to the house, decks and space under the house. Other things to note This is a family community. Excessive noise after hours can lead to eviction. Please this is not a party house. It’s for your enjoyment and to be considerate of the neighbors.
