Relax by the fire pit at night. We are the place you can come and relax and listen to the birds chirping and watch the humming birds while have breakfast on the back porch off the kitchen. If you hike, the mid state Trail runs in front of the house. The attractions are Sturbridge Village, St Joseph 's Abby, The Tree House Brewery, Maple Hill Disc Golf is world renowned. It is 15 minutes away. Your welcome to use the kitchen, laundry room, and game room as well as all the other common areas in this 4800 square ft home. Enjoy making my guests feel at home where they would be socializing and making them a fine dinner one of the nights that they’re here or a breakfast with a delicious omelette. I love people and like to socialize with my guests but I also can understand if the guests that come want their own space and understand and will keep to myself and let them enjoy the space and selfs We have a large Driveway that is very accommodating to anyone with a large vehicle or trailer. It is off street parking. The house is situated on 4 1/2 acres of land and if you enjoy hiking the Midstate trail goes right in front of the house. If you like ping-pong and pool we have that in the basement as well as a dartboard and a full bathroom. During the season we have a nice fire in the pit with a cozy sectional to kick back and relax. I’ve had guests that when I come home from work Have already had a fire going to enjoy the night with the sounds of the birds as they sing their nighttime melodies.
